Every report carries these. A figure presented without them is a figure that cannot be defended.

• Council housing work orders and outcome records

  Partner-pilot stage only. Property-level work orders, repeat visits and outcome records are not public data and require a DPA and DPIA before ingest (Data Guide §03).

• Damp and mould prevalence by local authority

  No such dataset exists. LAHS, PRP SHSR and the Tenant Satisfaction Measures do not report damp in dwellings, and the English Housing Survey — the only official source that measures damp directly — is a national sample survey with no local authority breakdown. Damp and mould can therefore be measured here as SPEND, never as prevalence.

• Energy Performance Certificates — domestic search

  Requires a registered bearer token (EPC_API_TOKEN). Without it no EPC rating is available, so retrofit priority is scored on spend and repeat-failure evidence only, not energy performance.
